Trim Healthy Mama is a popular eating plan that has been used successfully by many women to loose unwanted pounds, stabilize blood sugar levels and increase health. After the birth of my 5th baby my husband and I both ate according to the Trim Healthy Mama plan and I lost about 20 lbs. in 3 months. Then we moved to another state and I never got back on plan. Since then I have had baby #6 and have gained back all the weight I lost, plus some. I own the first THM book, but recently purchased the new plan book plus the cookbook.
I have been eating a THM breakfast (during week days only, I am way off plan during the weekend) for the last week and a half and as of my last time on the scale, I had lost 2.5 lbs. I am slowly adding in dinners and lunches. My husband wants to join me in this, which is a blessing to have him as an accountability partner. I will keep everyone updated on how it goes!
